ABOUT THE PLAN

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan for the Village of Richmond aims to improve the safety and accessibility of non-motorized transportation. The plan will include recommendations for infrastructure improvements, to accommodate biking and walking, as well as education and outreach programs to promote active transportation. By implementing these strategies, the Village hopes to create a more sustainable and livable community for all residents.
